What happened to RTPI on AMC 4?

I am getting all channels on this bird (ku) except KUIL qnd RTPI and its associated radio channel. Usually get 98 per cent quality, now 0. Weather problems in Lisbon?
Also I see on The List Court TV listed in the Hotel Media bouquet --scrambled video, FTA audio. If you listen to this channel, it's really audio from Hallmark Channel.

Coincidentally, RTPi has been flaky today. But the signal from the satellite's been strong, so the problems seem to be going up, not down.

yes I noticed it last night too

heavy pixeling but a max quality signal...seems to be fixed now
