I can't even figure out how to view available rentals anymore. I used to look at new releases each week to add to my queue, but I can't find that option on the new site.
What happened to the Blockbuster website?

I checked and I see them after I choose the drop down for Movies on the upper left.

I see them even before I select anything from the dropdown. Maybe the OP is referring to the blockbuster not at home website...
I can see all the upcoming movies, but my instore availability is not working. I would call and report it, but it would be a waste of my time.
Correct. I have always used blockbuster.com to manage my queue, but it appears they have made that very difficult now.
Unfortunately this site for Blockbuster at Home, which is through Dish Network. I am not sure where you would need to look for the answer to your inquiry.
I just checked my queue again and it still isn't working. When I click on a specific disc, it comes up Checking availability. But never shows availibility. When I click on Find a BB location, it says info not available for my location, Yet, my BB was open yesterday.
