What HD channels are coming?

There has been no confirmation that capacity is maxed out. They may have decided to focus on D11 and put anything new on it.

PBS and DirecTV reached an agreement. That is far from giving a date to when the stations would be available.

Maybe it's not maxed out and they are saving the space just in case they need it, bu t there are channels available and they haven't added any for a long time. That would indicate that for practical puposes it probably is.
