What if I am not happy with HR20?

I currently have an HR10, but I get no OTA HD channels, so I am considering the HR20, especially considering my current disappointment with TWC's SA8300HD. My question is, if I decide to layout the bucks for an HR20, and I do not like it, can I return it to D* and get my money back?
