What is Ebru TV?

Just noticed this channel..What is it really?..is it a US subchannel?. It seems to have episodes of Doctor Who and Aussie Animal Rescue? Is it in English

yes it is in English

I believe it is primarily a streaming channel now via Roku, which is where I watch it sometimes. It was available via FTA satellite, but I think that feed is no longer available.

Yep, it was FTA but not anymore, good programming though IMO, some English and Australian shows.
