Hi all:

My house is 7 miles from the stations which are group of stations together (my zip code 97229). So basicly I need only to point to one direction.

I would like to have a small outdoor non-amplified antenna (for VHF and UHF, DTV and HDTV) put over my roof. I did search and found out the Winguard SS-1000(non-amplified), Zenith HDTVo (amplified) or CM3000 maybe the good one for me, any comments or other suggestion?

Thanks in advance,
Michael

I have a natural aversion to the gimmicky looking antennas, I'd go with a CM2001 or CM3677. Not too big but proven design. The CM2001 or similar probably at local Lowes.

one of my antenna buddies has been using the cm5646 north of me...sayes it gets our locals about 50 miles away and its abuot 5.5 ft (67") long and inexpensive.

those multidirectionals are like trying on clothes..you keep trying things on till it fits.

I take more down then put up.
