What is the RID#?

Is this the same as the SN or Acess Card #?

Nope you need to go to the menu then setup then info and your will see the Receiver ID number.

Its 12 numbers and is not available on the DirecTV website.

Or you can just open the access card panel and the RID is usually listed in there next to the RBR, or it is on the back of the receiver as well.
