While using an Acutrac 22 to setup a Slimline 5 lnb dish the battery life was less than 1 minute. I used one of my old Hughes B2 receivers as the power source and was able to complete the alignment.
While tuning on 101 using the B2 I noticed the lnb current draw was 225ma. Is this a typical draw?
Couldn't find anything specific via a google search however many of the commercial meters listed max current draw of 750ma
