What transponder transmits channel 564 Hallmark Family?

Unfortunately it's not listed on "The TPN Map Excel Presents all DIRECTV Channels" file. I believe it's to new. It seems to be the only channel that is intermittently breaking up for my mom. Thanks in advance...

564 Hallmark Family is on 99ca TPN 11, that transponder also has 501 HBOeHD, 549 EXTRHD, 332 MTV2HD, 511 HBOLHD, 301 NKJRHD, 548 SHOBETH and 456 ESNE
