What Transponders?

I read the threads and have a couple of questions. First, are the new satellites 103b and 99? Next, what transponders on each should be giving signals. I get strong signals on some of them but others are listed as n/a. Finally, what channels will be on which transponders?

It's 103b and there should be signals on 1-14, 17 and 22.
