What will I need to.....

add another HDTV to my current setup. Which is,

Dish 1000
(1) 622 Receiver
(1) 211
(1) 311

My current setup is the 311 to one upstairs bedroom and just SDTV.
The 211 to one HDTV downstairs
The 622 to one HDTV downstairs and backfeeds SD to another SDTV upstairs.

I have another HDTV orderered and I want to put it upstairs where the current backfeed SD cable is connected. I know I cannot get HD from that feed but what will I need in order to get HD there?

A prayer and a FAT WALLET.
Under DHA leasing you can lease a maximum of 4 TUNERS which you already have. You will need to buy a HDTV receiver and an additional multswitch to expand the capabilities of your current dish.

Maybe you can return the 311 and upgrade to a HDTV receiver, call DISH to see what they will do for you.

Since you have a Dish 1000, you'll need a DPP44 and a purchased receiver.
