What's DVB?

From LyngSat web site, I see some channels showing DVB. What reciever do I need in order to see those channels? Are those encrypted?

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean TP4 11780H on G3C's 4 channels are all free including CCTV? How much is a DVB reciever?
