I do bacon when I'm feeling rich, LOL Sausages and ham too. The grill is my old Weber which usually has GrillGrates on it. But I wanted to do breakfast outside. I didn't want to get a Blackstone so I built a griddle insert for the Weber, cheap. Turned out really well and I'm lovin it. Made pork fried rice last night.
My, "I'm finally out of quarantine" breakfast. The "Foxtrot" from Stripes. Poached eggs on a fresh made biscuit with shaved ham, smothered with green chile hollandaise sauce with papitas & fruit. New Mexico Pinon Coffee.
