Corned beef hash sounded good. Thanks dfergie. Cooked some up crispy the way I like it and topped it off with 2 OE eggs and some green chile sauce. Coffee.

Nice grill! I need something like that. The only thing missing is a couple thick slabs of bacon to go with that bacon press.

I do bacon when I'm feeling rich, LOL Sausages and ham too. The grill is my old Weber which usually has GrillGrates on it. But I wanted to do breakfast outside. I didn't want to get a Blackstone so I built a griddle insert for the Weber, cheap. Turned out really well and I'm lovin it. Made pork fried rice last night.

My, "I'm finally out of quarantine" breakfast. The "Foxtrot" from Stripes. Poached eggs on a fresh made biscuit with shaved ham, smothered with green chile hollandaise sauce with papitas & fruit. New Mexico Pinon Coffee.
