What's for dinner ?

Add meat and you have a pizza pie, very yummy too!

Made the tomato pie to take to my parents for our mother's day cookout. I added bacon to mine, but otherwise followed the recipe. I liked it. Everyone else said it was ok, but told me next time not to use this and that and blah blah blah. Next time I might not use the basil, but I think everything else was good. Oh, and I think it's better cold after all the flavors have marinated together. :)

Yum, I must make one again now. It has been a long time.
