Rioting somewhere, it looks like an English-speaking country but it doesn't look like America.

There's a ton of Canadian newsfeeds on 91w Ku last night and today, but they're 4:2:2 so I don't know what's going on on them either.

It's at 11786 V 3977 for me. Quality is terrible for me right now though, as is the quality on everything else on 99w except for the AAFES/AGHAPY transponder and the encrypted Russian transponder. 99w has been that way for a long time for me, and I have no idea why. I've even tried bumping the position a little, but I can only get a few points difference.

yeah 99W those news feeds must be lower powered....The same TP's you noted + there were some feeds on there this past week. All were fine
