What's on AMC 6 right now??

Setting up a new install and need to be sure I'm on AMC6. Cab someone tell me what they're getting on this bird right now?

The MSMBC mux has something on all 4 channels (12052 V 6890). The Gospel Broadcasting Network, KFTL (Oakland), and several News Feeds are also on.
