What's up with Viewsat???

I tried to contact Viewsat USA tech support by phone today, and every option I chose gave the response "No one is available to take your call." I checked the website, and it says "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Does anyone know what's up?

I think they are, if not already, heading down the path Freetech went. With the CEO behind bars and his friends all being fined millions for what essentially boils down to piracy, I'd wager game over for Viewsat. We were never Viewsat's target market anyway. I believe I've seen a thread or two in the distant past about how they never respond to tech support inquiries.
