When is Comcast going to take over?

if I am not mistaken.....it needs to be approved by the FCC to make sure the deal is on the up and up....something like 8 months....I TOO am looking forward for them to take over

I believe they stated anywhere from 9-12 months when the sale was announced. The FCC Timeclock can be found here
