Where Can I Buy an Actuator Side Ball Mount

I'm mounting a trailer jack on a 6ft bud. I've got the end attachment figured out but need a clamp for a 2" OD body W/ball mount. Same thing many of the actuators use. Does anybody sell this as a replacement or aftermarket part?

Fab one up with 2 inch exhaust clamps, I E a rectangle plate with 4 holes to accept the U bolts and clamp body parts, and another hole to bolt to the mounting.

Found It

I'll have to answer my own question. While waiting for an answer in here, I kept pounding away at Goggle. Finally found one at Skyvision Satellite Equipment
for $16.95 Just not one of those everyday items.
