Where or who still sells these systems, new, complete, installed, 4dtv system? I'm in Greenville SC, found a place that could order brand new but said it would cost well over $3000 for just basic setup, is that a good deal or not?

If you are mechanically inclined you can piece one together for quite a bit cheaper than that.
If you go for a ride in the country you are sure to find a number of BUDs just waiting to be taken away. That will save a major chunk-o-change. Shop Ebay for a 4DTV receiver but be patient.
I'm thinking that my system will cost about $1000 when done (but I'm not done yet) and I will have a 10' dish with new LNBs a new jack and a 922 and HD converter.
And I am very thankful for all the support from this forum.
Now if it will just stop raining so I can go work on it
