I had a bunch of those laying around when I left installing. I ended up giving a few of them to installers still there and sold some on ebay. They are gold to an installer when you have a cheap RSP that won't buy them and makes up excuses to say that they were being used too much on mounts they shouldn't have been.
I loved to use them on direct mounts to avoid putting new holes in someone's roof but they weren't approved for that but they worked just fine.
