Where do you get small goods?

Those of you who have to supply your own small goods for DISH installations,,,, Where do you buy them? I am having a heck-of-a-time finding where I can buy small goods that are DISH network approved.

Do you install for Dish or a retailer? You should be able to get those through the retailer you work for or through the distributor or Echosphere (if you are a retailer).
