where to buy 30inch dish online?

I tried searching cause I remember a post with link. Couldnt find it.
Friend is tired of fighting with Voom and wants to buy bigger dish and self install.

Stark Electronics http://www.starkelectronic.com/wing2.htm has some Dishes of various sizes fairly cheap. Dish requires a D Tube Feed (D will fit DIRECTV also, but DIRECTV can also use an RCA mount), I am not sure which type VOOM uses.

Voom uses the SAME mount (RCA) and SAME dual LNB that DirecTv uses.
