locals on? Lyngsat doesn't list them anywhere on their site, which is very odd.

Your locals are coming from Directv10. Beaumont-Port Arthur is one of the new SD locals areas that get their SD locals in MPEG-4. The signals will appear as one of the higher-numbered transponders on the 103s (103a if you have a receiver) signal strength screen.
