Which is better picture quality?

Dish or Directv? or is it the same?

Time Warner's digital picture has alot of pixelization and therefore had a tech out and he said that's normal. lol. Not normal for me, I had Directv before year's ago and it was much much better.

If you've been over to the Dish forum you know my main problem is that living on the second floor I am having problems finding installers to properly ground my system but I'm trying to find someone that can ground it properly.

You can get a plug that goes into the electrical outlet and has a ground on it. I don't know what excatlly it is but I have heard about them. You may try lowes or home depot.

I've had both, and the SD image quality is the same. But, the HD with Dish Network is definitely better. I use the Dish 811 HD receiver.
