Okay, enough is enough. Who do we e-mail about the FCC sitting on the Rainbow deal with Dish? There must be someone we can flood with e-mails to get them to move on this. Just give me an address!!!

Time to Once Again File Public Comments with the FCC Regarding IB 05-72

Initially, we VOOMers were very effective at voicing our opposition to the sale and transfer of Rainbow-1 satellite frequencies to Echostar. However, all opposition was removed and this issue should have been "Fast Tracked" and "Approved" months ago. Perhaps we should revist the following thread: http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=59500

Last thing we need are a bunch of angry emails and letters, that never helps anything...
Angry letters? You fail to realize that quite a number of our members are well educated and highly effective at dealing with difficult people and problems. We leave our SatelliteGuys vernacular in the bitch forum when drafting meaningful correspondence. ;)

Timeclock has been stopped on Day 222 since 10/7/05 - we are now up to Day 226. Still waiting on the other 11 VOOM HD channels and perhaps ESPN2-HD and Universal-HD as soon as the FCC approves this request.

The timeclock wasn't stopped, it is just not updated over weekends and federal holidays and 10/10/05 was a federal holiday i.e., Columbus Day.
