Why does dish anywhere guide think I am in the mountain time zone

Are you using a VPN? Also could be ISP related. My ISP once had be located in Victoria, TX, vs. the Houston area.

Exactly - I have had the same issue in the past. I have T-Mobile 5G home Internet and in central time zone, but there are times my IP address is from Michigan. I thought Dish Anywhere used the phone clock to set the time on the guide, but it looks like it is more complicated than just that.
