Why VOOM deserves a service award...

I just got an automated email that was a response
to an inquiry I made at the Voom website back in OCTOBER!

Only two months to respond with a form letter, I'd like to see
the competition that could provide anywhere near that level
of customer service...

:p
 
Not really about VOOM per se (although I could tell some funny stories about Sears when I was checking out VOOM), but last month I sent a inquiry to a local cable company, Mediacom over their website last month to find out if they have expanded their coverage area to our home for when they upgrade to HDTV (locals), and I still haven't heard back, and I doubt I ever will... although I did find out that we are still not eligible for cable service through dslreports.com message board.
