Will DirecTV really ever be the leader

I have a few questions about D* new satellite the D11.
1.Is the D11 is the satellite that will bring HD locals?,If so that will make D*the HD leader IMO.
2. Does that mean all the citys that have local channels with D* right now,with be getting them in HD?
3.If so how long before every city would get them ? Like by the end of 2008?

1] Both D10 and D11 will bring lil as well as Conus capacity. They are identical actually.

2] I believe that DirecTV said that after D11 is launched they will have the ability to provide HD locals to the entire USA. iwould think most of that should be done by end of 2008.

3] To my best recollection, their latest forecast is 75 markets by end of 2007, no specifics yet past that at the moment. But once the D11 bird is up and running, and I would say that's by end March, they will be adding at a steady pace IMO.
