I was approached by Sprint once to allow a tower to be built on my land... offering 400 a month lease payment ... honestly I couldn't take it, even though I had 5 acres, the only area that was tall enough would have been up on the road.. the rest of my property went down toward a creek.

If you're in an area they want to service.. they'll contact you.. they'll probably contact all the people in that area ... and the first one to take up the offer would win.. (or might)
