I am at a loss to figure out what is happening with my system today.
Yesterday, worked many hours to bring it back to life, got it just right and this morning - NO SIGNAL!
I have 3 receivers, two are GT Media and the other one (Inexpensive Koquit) shows a signal on SES 2 but it is out of the Transponder range for the sat or at least the range shown on Lyngsat. I get a quality signal around 40 percent on freq 12730V5000 and 12745V5000 neither show on Lyngat. Once I switch to 11960H30000 the quality 0 Intensity 60.
The LNB is old (Geosat Pro SL1 PLL) so I swapped it out with a new Amiko L-107 and made sure to change the setting to 10700 vs 10750. Nothing - except the quality did show around 38-41percent as I said above. Signal intensity respectable 68 percent at least enough for something to scan in. Nope. Not on SES 2 because freqs too high to locate a program.
At this point, I only want to receive a good signal on SES 2. I'll finesse another Sat later but something is keeping me from programming on SES 2.
Any ideas, suggestions? I really enjoy watching the feeds but WOW! I'm at wits end...
