WKSY, in Summerville GA, which serves mostly N GA, recently added Escape, Laff, Grit to their subchannels. The channel already carried Retro TV and kept a religious channel from Atlanta. WKSY channels 21.1-21.7 is on a few cable systems, most carrying only the main channel which until now was a Fam affiliate. The signal covers most of N GA, but can also be received on Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga TN. An interesting note WDEF Chattanooga already carries Escape on channel 12.3 and is the primary carried CBS affiliate serving SE TN all the way to Rome GA. With an outdoor antenna, both stations can be recieved from Rome GA north. The major cable system in this area, Comcast, carries Retro TV from a LP station that offers more local programs rather than WKSY airing the Ntl feed 24-7. Grit as well as Comet and Charge! is currently not offered on any local cable system except using an OTA antenna.
