Does it make sense having Justice Tv on two channels in the same market? 61.4 in Hartford and 59.3 in new haven?

Expect 59-1 to wind up sharing on WTNH. Grit may survive on WTNH as well. Then it's a matter of how good the encoder is. Justice may get dropped rather than moving to WTNH, or the new Quest network may appear in one spot or the other.
