WNWO (NBC) virtual 24 - Toledo, OH granted FCC license for new 275 kW DTV transmitter.

The FCC license has been granted for their new DTV transmitter. 275kW from nearly 1400 ft. Should be a good strong signal for much of NW Ohio, SE Michigan and into Windsor, Ontario area.

Keep an eye on RF 23, folks in that area.

Hopefully, WUDT in Detroit will have moved off of RF channel 23 by then. They were supposed to earlier this year.

Hopefully, WUDT in Detroit will have moved off of RF channel 23 by then. They were supposed to earlier this year.

They haven’t moved yet and are causing co-channel interference for WNWO in the Metro Detroit area.
I don’t get either signal because of it.

Currently I am on the west side of Oakland County and there is no sign of it what so ever I also tried it on a TV with a 30 foot tower Nothing

It looks like this new Transmitter might be ATSC 3.0 Need a second verification on that. However it will serve as a host transmitter if this sticks
