Well, I finally had a superb service call from a man named Steve who works for Adant Wireless. He managed to bring in all of my local channels. He sat up on my roof with a compas and a walkie talkie for close to an hour tweaking the antenna until that glorious moment when finally, I was receiving every single one of my OTA Digital Channels.
