Working at Dish as an Installer...

Hi,

I'm new to this forum here, but am extremely interested in the world of satellite communications and technology.

Anyway I have a job offer with Dish as a FSS 1 and am set to go to training in a couple of weeks.

Has anyone here worked for Dish before? What were the pros and cons? Any tips for a newbie?
