WOTH 20 returns to Cincinnati

WOTH CD is on the air. I am not sure when it happened. I just rescanned my locals and there it was!
20.1 - Movie channel showing royalty free movies, so far commercial free
20.2 - Mirror of 20.1 but a sharper picture
20.3 - Color Bars
20.4 - Jewelry TV (same as channel 25.4)
20.5 - Color Bars

WOTH is Elliot Block's "Other" channel. WBQC (aka WKRP 25) is his other channel.

And before anyone in Cincy asks, Elliott adamantly said AntennaTV is not a station he will have on one of his stations.

The Dish receiver only scans 5 channels from RF 20 (WOTH 20), and 6 channels from RF47 (WBQC 25).
I'll check again when I get back home. The channel went online on 3/20 according to the local ex-TV reporter from the Cincinnati Enquirer. The local paper no longer has a TV and Entertainment writer on staff.

sounds like the last 2 are data. Per the Cincy thread at AVS

I dont understand the last 2 channel numbers in 20's lineup. It goes from (20-1 thru 20-5)then (20-819 and finally 20-820). elliot said their were 11 channels total he was going to carry so I guess some are just data channels he's testing.

it was weird last night the audio on all ch. 20 channels had intermittant cutouts for awile. then I rescanned and the last 2 channels showed up and the audio cleared up on all the channels.

WOTH now has programming on all it's sub-channels:
20.1 - Movies! 16x9 SD (http://moviestvnetwork.com/)
20.2 - Decades Channel (http://www.decades.com) -16x9 SD
20.3 - AMG TV (http://www.amgtv.tv/) 4x3 SD
20.4 - TUFF TV (http://www.tufftv.com/) 4x3 SD
20.5 - Classics ---??? --- Not sure, but I think it's local origination from Mr. Block's vast library of royalty free movies. Showing a terrible circus movie right now.

The picture doesn't have the patented Block Haze filter that plagues channel 25 (WBQC / WKRP). At least 20.1-20.4 look pretty good.
Right now 20.4 is in squeeze-o-vision, but the previous show was in window-box.

yet today he announces that on 6/1 Antenna TV comes to WOTH-DT3 (20-3)
