I suspect the paragraph starting with "We reserve the right to change prices, packages and programming at any time..." is how they'll say they can now charge us this fee even though it's not on the copy we signed. If I ever have to return a receiver and they want to charge me, I'll at least give it a try regarding this fee not being on the one I signed.
