WPSD TV Channel 006-04?

Is WPSD TV adding a new channel? 006-04? i had just did a rescan of my hd locals via ota and this is a new channel that has appeared. its off the air right now with a test screen up.

Guess the question really was did anyone have any idea what kind of programming they might be putting on it? i would love to see a 3 hour time delayed NBC
