Wrong software on R15-300

My R15-300 has the software listed as 0x1334. I read on another site that it is suppose to be 0x1332. Is there a way to go back to that software? I have tried to reset it and it says it has found an update but searches forever. I can't record anything nor can I rewind live television and has become very slow at changing channels or pulling up the guide. Any one having the same issues?

Yeah it's an R15! Call and have that thing swapped for another box! They're ticking time bombs waiting to crap out
