WTF is with the pro bowl not being in HD?

Not sure they want to ship over HD trucks and have them shipped back. So I wouldn't expect the Pro Bowl to be in HD for the next 3 years at least. Hawaii does need to get an HD truck though!

I did notice this in the 2 minutes that I watched the Pro Bowl.

Sending the HD crews over to the Pro Bowl would have required that someone actually cared about this game.

Let's face it the only All Star game of the four major sports really worth watching is the Baseball All Star game if that. The others aren't really anything close to a real competition.

Baseball is good, but NASCAR is probalby the best All-Star.

I see traffic everyday, why would i wanna watch it on tv?

Last year they gave the excuse of no HD Trucks in Lilo and Stitch Land.

Because nobody watches the Pro Bowl (low ratings), therefore it's not worth the ??? to set the equipment up in Hawaii.

This is the big problem with ESPN. They have 2 HD channels, ESPN-HD and ESPN-HD2 but don't have enough HD to fill one channel. It constantly annoys me to see them broadcasting important sports in SD when they have the resources, sponsors and equipment to do better. If they lived up to their promos everything would be in HD. They need more competition from Fox and TNT.
