WTF is wrong with some of these CSR's at D*

I have had like 5 work orders for the slimline dish with no recievers and the customers all have had the HR-10-250 and sooo when I roll up on the job and the customer says "So this new dish will give me the new HD channels" I am like umm well the dish will but you have the wrong reciever then they are like well D* said and the race is on LOL!!!

I had one guy who wasnt getting the 119 cause of a tree and he said D* talk him that the slimline was a better dish and that it would pull it in regaurdless of the tree problems LOL!!!!!
 
Like minimum wage, script-reading CSRs, I would also take with a grain of salt what a customer says unless its documented/recorded.

I think an unknowledgeable customer and an unknowledgeable CSR (script reading only) spells trouble in every industry. These people need to be as trained as the retention people, but that leads to greater expenses, and we know how that will get paid for....
