wydc tv streched out

Anyone else who gets wydctv local fox for elmira ny market notice that the picture is streched out and the sides are cut off on the left and right side.

Hey Dan, if this is the only channel having the issue, and the normal T/S of resets and checking the format doesn't work, we would want to submit a Technical Problem Report. Not seeing this channel as an issue right now. Can you please PM your receiver (R0/R01) and smartcard number (S19) to me along with the software version and zip code so I can send that report?

In most cases, we don't hear back when we submit a TPR.

The channel is showing up on our known channel issue list for video distortion though

Not me personally, but yes, we (as a company) work with the provider to correct the issue
