Xbox Live problem

When I go into Video Marketplace and attempt to select an Option, say Movies for instance. It some up with an error message stating "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later. Status code:8007000b", All other areas outside Video Marketplace work fine, no errors.

Anyone else having this same issue, or any ideas?

Well, solved the problem. It was my parental control software. It was blocking this part of Xbox Live. I just assigned the Xbox full priveleges and it now works.
