The special anniversary week programming will also be available to XM subscribers through the CNN feed (XM 122).

In 1957, Larry King started his broadcast career as a new caster at Miami's WIOD radio station. Shortly after, he reached local stardom when he became a television commentator on Miami Undercover. 1978, King went national, inheriting the nightly talk show slot on the Mutual Radio Network, working as a newscaster until 1994. Currently, he is the host of "Larry King Live," CNN's longest-running interview program. Premiering in June 1985 with its now-famous mix of interviews and topical discussions, the show features guests from across the gamut of business, entertainment and politics. The show brings in millions of viewers from across the world. In 1989, King was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. In 2002, the industry magazine Talkers named King both the fourth-greatest radio talk show host of all time and the top television talk show host of all time.
