NHL Winter Classic

I am busy flipping between the Wing and the MSU game during breaks and sometimes trying to catch up.

With you on that one!
The remote got a real workout this afternoon. The hockey game was awesome and both teams should be congratulated. Chicago did a great job hosting...it was more then a game.....it was an event. As far as the comment about the Wings being to predictable.....I kind of like it that way :)

It was pretty sweet....Had to fire up the surround sound!!

Should have been there the sound was Deafening in the crowd

$245 a seat, and you're 50 yds. from the ice. I don't have that kind of money.

The view was actually great.. The game was worth every penny. Especally sence this was the first ever hockey game at wrigley. This was history.

It was not a partisan crowd.

No there was alot of people there from detroit. When Jason lands shortly and gets home he has some photo's of us there. We would have seen each other longer than what we did, but getting to and around Wrigley was crazy! It took Jason 45 min to go what usally is a two min drive.

Yeah, all this winning is kind of boring, and predictable.:)
...kind of like UofM football, prior to Coach Rodriguez! Just as long as Illich doesn't hire Rodriguez to lead the Wings...just look at what he did to Michigan this season: first losing season in more than 40 years, first time they failed to reach a Bowl Game in 33 years. In my opinion, he took at 8-5 team and turned them into a 3-9 team. But I digress...

Don't get me started on the Lions or I will bust some blood vessels.

Goosefraba...Goosefraba...Groosefraba...:p

I've been down to Wrigley for Cubs playoff games, and it was tough.

Travel for this was almost unreal. I think there were a solid 10,000 fans just around the stadium, for the ambience.

Here are a few pics, I have a few hundred and don't have time to go through them all.

I had a great time, almost unreal expereince. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
