Yes, it probably is, although I keep thinking about how this dish is two degree-compliant. It's just very difficult, as you pointed out, the way the feed assembly is constructed. Too bad there isn't a special feedhorn made for this purpose, with angled waveguides for the LNBs. Seems like it could be done, if there were a compelling reason for a 3rd party manufacturer.

I might suggest you start off with two SuperDish 121° feedhorn pipes.
Use a bandsaw (see what JerryT or SidHa used) and split off the 119° feed.
You now have two 121° feed horns with bent waveguides.
Mount the two feeds side by side.
Here's your chance to set the spacing as required for your dish.
The east-side plumbing exits to the east side with one of your favorite FSS LNBs.
The west-side plumbing exits to the west side with another FSS LNB

Believe me, the thought of hacking up a Superdish 121 feed did enter my mind... for a few seconds, until I banished it. I'm not that resourceful I'm not sure both feed tubes would fit into the 40mm holder anyway...

I got a Coolsat 8100 for $180 Cnd. The other channels scan fine and I see them with good signal. The HD transporder has the lowest quality.
I entered the pid manually and I now can see the East HD channel and Create but the audio pid is not working when entered manually.

On my CS8000, I have 99Q on both 12140 and 12180 tp's. That with a 90cm dish in Michigan. You need a bigger dish ! Have you tried optimizing your lnbf skew ?

I've noticed with the 8000 (and assuming the 8100) if you do too many scans at a time (auto or manual) it seems to forget some signals. I've seen that happen on many sats where it logs say 3 of 4 channels. The trick above usually solves the issue

As per the 24" dish it just gets everything fine I don't think the size is a problem for that sat. The lnb is skewed as I played with it yesterday.
There is some vertical transporders that I don't get signal but don't know if they are active.
The Coolsat 8100 is missing channels while scanning but your trick works.

I've seen that exact problem several times with my 8100, and at times it has been very frustrating. I think that once I may have been able to correct it by powering down like you say, but I'm not sure. The weird thing is that the only place I've observed this happening has been on the PBS channels. Typically, on the HD transponder, only channel 4 would scan in, and back when 12180 and 12120 had 9 channels, only 2 or 3 of those would scan in, and on the new 12180 configuration, maybe 2 of the 5 channels might scan in. It was very weird.
I finally concluded that this was more likely to happen whenever my signal was less than perfect. Usually, when I have a strong signal, this doesn't happen, but it HAS happened.
And I don't think it had anything to do with doing "too many scans at a time", because almost every time this has happened, it was after I had reset to factory conditions, and the first thing I always do, is tune in AMC21 and scan in the PBS channels, so usually it was the first transponder I tried to scan in that gave me this behavior.
It was very weird, and I haven't seen this happen since I've put in the last couple of firmware updates, so maybe it's no longer an issue.
But I will try to remember your power down trick the next time I see the problem occur. I can't remember if I tried that or not, however like I said, almost every time the problem occurred was right after I had done a reset to factory conditions, which I'd think was similar to a power down, but maybe not.
It's been working OK for me, however I have noticed that while both 12140 and 12180 have strong signal strength, 12140 has considerably less quality than 12180. Perhaps there is interferrence from adjacent sats for 12140?
I have notices that too, usually about 10 less on the Q meter

12180 - Q81

Scans in two channels, but must be HD??? The video is unviewable, but the audio pops in occasionaly and it sounds like a childrens PBS cartoon or something.
127W TP 12.139 V S/R 30.001 @ 85% SL and 68% SQ
This won't scan any channel in for me.
