This will be the first time in many years I cannot root for the SEC in the C'chip game. Just can't do it. :no

Congrats to the Tide, but I hope they get steamrolled. :)

ROLL TIDE.. I personally believe this game was Alabamas most complete and best game in years.Alabama was set on a mission from the start.Im proud of the offense, defense, special teams.Everyone was on the same page.ALABAMA minimized penalties and remained focus.I think Tebow is a great person but we had to win.Alabama has been threw so much bs over the last couple of years and now its finally paying off.Alabama deserves this win.Cant wait from Pasedena.
ROLLLLLL TIDE from BIRM,ALA:):):):)

I am proud of the way the tide played. Complete game.

That said, kudos to Tebow. That guy is all class, and I wish him the best.

Now, lets get ready for the NCG. RTR!!!!

There are a lot of us like you out here. ;)

You damn corndogs just cant let it go can ya?:D

Seriously, the corndog thing is a joke obviously, but why do you guys hate Saban so much. I have never understood it. It is not like he left yall and came right to us. He left and went to the NFL. Then as it turned out we needed a coach a couple of years later and were willing to pay for him. Saban came here.

IF he were to leave us, doing as much for us as he did (just like LSU), under those circumstances, I just dont see how I could be that against him. Just curious.

Maybe you Bamaroids will get a chance to find that out. ;)

Seriously, why do you think LSU fans are down on Saban? Brings the team back from the dead, wins the NC, has Tiger fans excited about their team again...then leaves. Worse yet, he comes back to coach for an SEC rival (that we play every year). I'm sure you can understand this and are just playing dumb. You know Bama fans would be furious if it were reversed. Say the Bear had left Bama, then went to Auburn. Yep, I think you understand. If not, well... :) Good luck in the MNC.

Looking forward to my Tigers meeting up with JoePa and the Lions!

I would understand if he left us and went directly to another SEC west team, or SEC team period. NOT if he left and went to another conference or the NFL first then back.

Serously, If he left us in that good of shape, then went to somewhere like the NFL (or another conference), I couldnt be mad if he came back. Would it be a rivalry? Sure, but not the hatred I see lsu fans have.
Not when you guys have had the success that you have had afterwards.

Hatred is a little strong. I know you're a Bammer, but this is only football. ;)

What does the fact of Saban leaving for the NFL have to do with anything? He left and now he's in a position where he's against his former team. Why would a dedicated LSU fan cheer him on now - which means cheering on Bama (something they never really did - all this talk of love within the SEC is a BS). Let me put it this way...you hookup with this hot babe and she makes you feel all good about yourself (and other things ;)), then leaves your ass and winds up in the arms of your neighbor down the street, someone you never really liked all that much and who is always trying to kick your butt in racketball. Getting the picture yet? You may not hate her, but it's not like you're going to wish the best for her or that ahole she's with. :)

Again, you know perfectly well why LSU fans are down on Saban, and I know why you keep bringing this up, so go ahead and have fun while it lasts. You and every other Bammer would do the same if it were the other way around.

Hook 'em Horns! And hoping cousin Colt wins the Heisman! :D

Perfect Example..

Steve Spurrier left FLA to the NFL, then came back to another SEC East team we play every year. We still have much respect for the old ball coach, I mean he made us great. Its always fun to beat him though ;)

Good point. Florida is in the same situation, but you rarely hear anything being directed towards Spurrier that you hear when it comes to Saban and LSU.

And Mccoy, I am not trying to generalize the entire LSU fan base here, just going off of the majority of what I have seen, and the LSU fans that I know personally.

Yeah, but South Carolina was never considered a serious rival for Florida.

People must have forgotten.

Ray Perkins was the Bama coach after Bear and left for the NFL. Bama fans were beside themselves. The same for Dennis Franchione when he left to go to Texas A&M. They could not believe that ANYONE could leave the Tide. The arrogance of Alabama has kept them in the dark for the most part (except 1993 national champions) since the Bear. Bama thought they could get just ANYONE and the "Tide would roll". Didn't happen. They had to break the bank to get Saban. Now they are on top but I predict the same arrogance will happen again after Saban leaves.

If Saban were to leave Bame for another team (NFL, college or high school) he would be the most hated man by Bama fans. If you don't believe me then you do not understand football here in Alabama.
