Guide not updating

On Sunday night i had to reboot my HD Receiver to get Versus HD to come in (i think my Receiver is broken) long story, but now my guide will always said "To Be Announced" any help?
 
Is this for all channels? What dish? Sat 119 is used for guide data is you have the 5LNB, 101 is used if you have the 3LNB. Check your signal strengths.

sorry, i not a techie but i think all my strengths all at 100. i should tell you a been fighting with directv for a year to get a new HD box , yes it for all channels but it happen more with the HD all channels

Strange I have had my box changed twice without issues...my hard drive was acting up...why would they give you a hard time...are they short on receivers?
 
i cant call myself im 29 and have cp so my family call about it about 30 time about my box, 1st it was my sports packages and now i have no tvguide and we spent $200-$300 dollars a month what do i need to do to get working box?
 
I think an email to the VP of Public Relations could help in this case.

thanks i email her Hi, my name is Mark Amatangelo I am in Erie, Pa and I got Cerebral palsy and my mother got my Directv about 10 years ago and I love it. And because I got Cerebral palsy I spent most of mine time at home my mother got me just about every package on Directv. Then about year we got HD and everything was great until last May/June when I was getting ready to watch a Baseball game but, all I got was a Directv banner and the game came in about the 3rd inning and it kept happen for the next week before I had my brother called Directv Customer service and the women told him just reset the Receiver and called back it happen again, the next night happen again and my brother called again and we was told the same thing again the next week we asked for a Manger and she said there was a problem was the MLB Extra Innings package and give us $100 back. So I just kept reset the Receiver every night for the next 2 months. Now its week 1 of the NFL Sunday Ticket and turn it on at 12:00 to watch the Pre-games shows and I got was a Directv banner so my brother and mother called Directv for the 20th time up to this point. And they would send out Senior Technician and when he came he thought it was mine single strength and completely moves the dish and rewire my house and got mine single strength too 100 and told us to call the Erie office if it happen again. As soon as he left it’s happen again so the next day we called the Erie office and left a message and they never got back to us. Then we called Directv one more time and was told we can’t help us because they have no record of us even calling for any problems. So I went on to this day. And then Monday when Directv got Versus back I needed to reset the Receiver to get Versus HD show up but now my HD Receiver wont even receive the guide anymore. And all I am asking for is for is a new HD Receiver Thank you, Mark Amatangelo

Sorry man, what a hassle to get something clearly failing replaced. Shouldn't take a call upstairs to management to get this simple stuff fixed. Once again, glad you got what you deserved even though you had to jump through hoops.
 
to update you,my brother just hook up the new box the other night and bad news it was the same thing and had to reset it about 20 times to get the guide to update. i going to just leave it be sad to say
